The Boo Boo Bags are great for bumps and bruises and or keeping yourself warm or cold! Heat them up in the microwave or keep it in the freezer.
Made with 100% cotton fabric and filled with Rice
For Cold Use: Place in the freezer in a plastic bag for at least 20 min. It's alright to keep one in there all the time for unexpected injuries.
For Heat Use: Place on a paper towel or plate for 15-20 seconds at a time. All microwaves vary so be sure to test the temp before placing on skin. Will result in a burn if too hot!
Care: DO NOT GET WET! Spot clean or purchase one of removable covers to help keep it clean.
