i can only say that the item did not work for ME. the size was an issue in this case. the problem was resolved in about 5 minutes by quick and more than fair customer service. i would buy from this vendor again. buying products sight unseen has it’s limits. if a problem can be rectified, i consider the experience successful. the vendor is the key to this successful experience.
